You can hopefully spot the thin jets of water coming out of this art work. It actually rotates and moves, as the jets are activated, but please don’t press me on how that happens!
We found it quite captivating with the interplay of movement, the angle of the Sun, and the sound of the water. It kind of drew you in, and time became irrelevant. The ‘moment’ is the most important. Not the past or the future or hopes or fears. These words of Jesus, which I have referred to in other blogs, speak into this moment. ‘Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.’
Take a moment today to just reflect on this scene and how resonates with your own life and thinking. Let the scene draw you in. Close your eyes and bring it to mind. Hear the words of Jesus, which literally go the heart of faith and hope and life.
