We will have all know the ‘travelling’ that our minds and souls have embarked upon in the days which we have passed through. This cruise ship I spotted the other day, as it sailed north.
I have no idea of where it was travelling to or whether there were any passengers. I think there is an ‘app’ for my phone which would give me the answer……but too late for this ship!
Physical travelling is important, because it opens up new horizons. However, as I always keep saying…it is mine and your ‘internal ‘ journey which connects us to God, every moment, as we travel in our hopes and dreams and worries and fears. Jesus once went to the heart of all this as he spoke to his disciples….and us; ‘Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest….’
As you travel today and every day, physically or spiritually, remember these simple but powerful words.
