Eternal life….

Jesus said… ‘whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4;14

We recentlyhad the wonderful experience of going to St Winefrid’s Well at Holywell in North Wales. A big thanks to our friends, Alan and Ruth, for suprising us with the most wonderul experience! St Winefrid’s is the oldest continually visited pilgrim site in Britain.

One could sense the power of Jesus’ words in St John’s Gospel as the water bubbled up. The stone worn where generations of people have come for healing, help, guidance, peace. At one point I became utterly overwhelmed by the power of the place and the moment. The power and love of the Holy Spirit poured out in the symbol of the water.

I have no more to say, apart from silence and my prayers for each of you who read this today….that you might know the refreshing of the |Holy Spirit in your heart and soul.
