I spotted the outline of a cross on a small conifer in our garden, just a couple of days ago. The light caught the upright and the upper lateral branches. It was a moment of connection , which I always love and find energising.
We all need illumination in the days we are passing through and I just felt this was a perfect gift, both for me and for you….so I offer what caught my eye.
The cross speaks simply about love at the heart of the universe. I try to make it more complicated than it should be. I try to understand it and sometimes give up. It is both a mystery and a revelation.
How we each interpret God’s love, in the act of self giving, is beyond words, because it is held in our hearts….and unique to us.
This is love without end and love without limits.
Step out and don’t be afraid…..ponder the photograph….
