Illusion

For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.…..

Words from the Apostle Paul on this Christmas Eve.

The figures are deceptive; made out of sheet steel and placed on the sand with the outgoing tide.

Very powerful imigery as we try to fathom out our own faith. All is not what it seems. That is the joy of faith on each of the journeys we travel along, Sometimes lost, sometimes interpreting and missing the point…but thats OK.

The figures draw us in, even though we know that thet are not actual human beings. God draws us in, not out of deception, but of a profound love.

May this Christmas time be a blessing on your journey homeward!!

Enbrace the illusion and find the thruth!
